It is also to be noted that both parties, iGen Solution, and the Client, agree not to criticize each other and any of its employees, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on online forums, blogs, social networks, etc.) at any given time during or after the contract period. Similarly, both parties agree not to talk on online forums, blogs, community groups, or any social media in a way that brings disrepute to either party or any of its employees, associate, or partner. In case of a breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

SECTION 2 – MODIFICATIONS TO OUR SERVICES AND PRICES
iGen Solution reserves the right to change prices for our products without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
iGen Solution offers a variety of digital solutions, including, but not limited to, logo designs, animated videos, voiceovers, website design and development, and social media marketing. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change the descriptions and prices of our Services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any service or offer at any time.

SECTION 4 – REVISION POLICY
Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Revision turnaround time will be 48 working hours but may change based on the client’s requirements and feedback. Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a concept redesign once an initial concept has been approved.

For animation videos, the revisions are contingent on the package selected. The client can approach us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise the animated video for no extra charges, given that the design and concept remain intact. iGen Solution reserves the right to refuse any changes or revisions to the animated videos. If iGen Solution accepts the terms of revision for the animation video, the revision turnaround time will be at iGen Solution’ discretion.

*Unlimited revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same. The customer cannot ask for a redesign once an initial concept has been approved.

SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY
We offer full money back gurantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product/services you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 120 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 120 day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to thoroughly check/test/use the product/service in the given period after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
